The Adidas Supernova Sequence 3 is a very well designed running shoe and one that could be compared to the look of the predator football boots.

It's built with the mild over pronator in mind and this can be seen by its flexible features and sturdy forefoot technology.

Firstly its forefoot has been re-designed with technology called adiPRENE®, the flex grooves on the front also help with foot transitions which mean you will have a smooth ride. A much smoother ride than the old supernova sequence which didn't include this feature.

Comfort wise this running shoe does a very good job as it has Stitched-on micro-suede upper which drastically improves cushioning while also making it more flexible. One of Adidas trademarks over the years is the padded collar that all the trainers have; they are very comfortable and help your foot get a good and comfortable position. It also makes good use of the breathable air mesh on front and that is put into areas of high perspiration. This air mesh is used to remove bacteria and to promote a cool trainer, so when you get into your run you won't find yourself too hot and moist.

If you have seen any pictures of the Adidas Supernova Sequence 3 you will see that it has a strong looking heel with added guard on the back and bottom. The technology behind the material on the heel is called adiPRENE® what this does is actually protect your heel upon heel strike while providing a smooth and comfortable ride. Technology has been added to the outsole to provide a great durable running trainer, this technology is called adiWEAR® and this technology which has features such as a high resistance rubber outsole and protection placed in strategic areas.

Overall the Adidas Supernova Sequence 3 is a stylish running shoe that helps the mild over pronators with all its technology and features its main one being the Pro-moderator™ which prevents too much over pronation. So if you are a slight over pronator or neutral with a passion for branding and style this could be the running shoe for you.
