There are a few brands of bush hats on the market that make good quality hats but from my experience the two market leading brands to consider are Barmah and Rogue hats .Barmah hats are made down under in Australia from the finest quality leathers available and most can be folded and stored in an excellent supplied canvas bag .Barmah hats have a great choice of styles and leathers to choose from with the range topping Crocodile Drifter made from cow hide with a genuine yes genuine crocodile tooth headband.This really is a snappy looking hat!
My personal favourite is the Barmah Bronco in brown(also stocked in black)made from premium full grain cattle hide leather.This hat is foldable,packable,waterproof and UV 50+ which these days is so important. These really are an excellent product and I would truly recommend one .
Rogue hats have there own distinctive style and are made in South Africa using superior leathers.
These leather hats are designed for comfort,durability and fashion. With a real choice of styles there really is something to suit everybody .A real favourite of mine is the Rogue Ranger in Oxblood which is a very nice looking hat at a very reasonable price.Styles in various leather finishes and also a great choice in suede. It might also be worth considering a hat from Rogues canvas range if leather hats are not for you.
