Skate or Die Dunks
In March 2008, Nike SB dropped a Dunk SB Low paying tribute to one of the first skateboarding video games, Skate or Die. Skate or Die Dunks were released taking inspiration from the retro video game "Skate or Die." It was released in 1987 by Electronic Arts for the consoles ZX Spectrum, Commodore 64; it was a popular game where you could compete in events such as down hill races and freestyle ramp events. Taking inspiration from the cover of the game, this Nike Dunks SB show us eye-catching colors of the late 80s along with the confetti accents on the rear half of the shoes.
From the pictures we can find out the vibrant colors found on the cover which includes quite a few colors like black, aqua, neon yellow as well as blue, etc. They show us the downhill race, and the pool joust. I like the shoe lace holes, which are done in bright orange and the laces. In addition, the Nike SB Skate or Die Dunks sport a combination of a leather toe box. The toe box is black but it is outlined in a border of electric blue. As we all know that the black is supposed to represent the black screen when power is turned off. Meanwhile, the shoes itself sports swirl as well as colors extracted from the actual cover of the video game case. And the side panel is surrounded by vibrant aqua blue suede finished with neon yellow swooshes. Specially, there is also the Kids Nike Dunk High Shoes, which show us leather on the toe box. The excellence of the design is nothing short of mind boggling as well as the beauty of the concept. These shoes came into the world. All of them are suitable for fathers and son for owning the father and son size.
