Dullo Chocolates kept cool by Summit Matsu industrial chiller
May 2009
Dullo chocolates has selected Summit Matsu to provide them with the industrial chiller which is key to keeping their chocolate ingredients cool by preventing them overheating, thus enabling them to maintain their reputation as a premium quality chocolate provider.
Dullo chocolates have developed an admirable reputation for producing an excellent quality of chocolates in the Australian market since 1937. Dullo chocolates produce three different flavours of chocolate including milk, white and dark chocolates, for the corporate, retail and contract manufacturing clients. Dullo’s future goal in the chocolate industry is to become recognised throughout the world as an ‘Australian maker of handmade premium chocolates.’
When Dullo chocolates equipment became outdated, after research into chiller suppliers that would enable Dullo chocolates to maintain their well respected reputation, Dullo chocolates turned to Summit Matsu to provide the industrial chiller, confident that it would enable them to continue with their quality chocolate production. As the chocolate is made overnight, the finest chocolate ingredients are blended together in a machine which in the process creates a lot of heat as the ingredients are put together. The main function of the Summit Matsu water chiller is to prevent the chocolate from burning by having cool water pumped through the system in order to ensure a constant temperature and thus ensuring the chocolate does not get destroyed. The water chiller is thus critical to the development of Dullo Chocolates, as it empowers Dullo Chocolates by allowing them to brew chocolates for 24 hours safely, also increasing their output produced and with the final incentive of reducing the overhead of energy consumption.
Summit Matsu manufactures their industrial chillers in Alexandria, Sydney and distributes them throughout Australia and the Middle East. As a local Australian manufacturer with years of experience Summit Matsu encompass an inimitable expert knowledge that has come about through the creation and building of their own chillers, this knowledge also enables Summit Matsu to quickly identify any problems with the machines and quickly solve them, Mr. Nates emphasises this point “they know all the machines that they are selling and if there’s any problem you just give them a call and they are over in a flash.”
Summit Matsu is an Australian company with headquarters in Sydney where the chillers are assembled from the best quality parts selected from overseas. After years of experience manufacturing chillers, Summit Matsu have accumulated expert knowledge which also allows them to easily identify any problems that should arise, and quickly resolve them, Mr. Nates describes Summit Matsu confirming this point” they know all the machines that they are selling and if there’s any problem you just give them a call and they are over in a flash.”

Thirty Australian Poets $14.95 A landmark anthology celebrating a new generation of Australian poets. 1968 marked a turning point in Australian poetry, when a dynamic wave of new poets sought to revitalise a 'moribund poetic culture'. At the helm of that generation was John Tranter who argued that there would be cycles or generations of poets with peak moments where new poets would emerge to revitalise the culture. Forty years later, with a spate of superb debut collections, Australian poetry has never looked so energetic and vital. From the imaginatively mind-boggling to the exquisitely lyrical, from tender and edgy erotic currents to wild feats of intellect and playfulness, the dynamism of contemporary Australian poetry is abundantly evident. Thirty Australian Poets is the first anthology to celebrate the generation of poets born after 1968 and includes a wonderful diversity of voices and styles, from re-imagined versions of traditional forms to the experimental and avant-garde. This groundbreaking anthology captures the spirit of an exciting generation who, between them, have won every major poetry award, and made the renaissance of Australian poetry impossible to ignore. |

Indigenous Australian Languages $81.25 The Indigenous Australian languages comprise several language families and isolates native to Australia and a few nearby islands, but by convention excluding Tasmania. The relationships between these languages are not clear at present, although substantial progress has been made in recent decades. In the late 18th century, there were between 350 and 750 distinct Aboriginal social groupings, and a similar number of languages or dialects. At the start of the 21st century, fewer than 150 indigenous languages remain and all except roughly 20 are highly endangered. Of those that survive, only 10, usually located in the most isolated areas, are being learned by children. For example of the 5 least endangered Western Australian Aboriginal languages, 4 belong to the Ngaanyatjarra grouping of the Central and Great Victoria Desert. Bilingual education is being used successfully in some communities; in one case recently near Alice Springs, white teachers were required to learn the local language, and Aboriginal parents complained that their children were not learning English at school. A couple of the most populous Australian languages, such as Warlpiri and Tiwi, have around 3,000 speakers. 1952 Australian Grand Prix $121.08 High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles The 1952 Australian Grand Prix was an openwheel motor race held at Mount Panorama Circuit on April 14, 1952. The race had 43 starters. The race was held over 38 laps of the six kilometre circuit for at 235 kilometres. It was the seventeenth Australian Grand Prix and the first to feature a massed start rather than a handicap start which had long been the Australian Grand Prix tradition. It was also the first time a formula was applied to the race, potentially limiting the race to a certain type of car. The race was run to the Formula One regulations, which had been used for the 1950 and 1951 World Drivers Championships. Specifically this meant a maximum engine capacity of 4.5 litre, or 1.5 litres if the engine carried a supercharger. This would be a oneoff, the race returned to Formula Libre, which essentially places no restrictions on engines, in 1953. The only real change it made to the potential grid by running Formula One in 1952 is the Stan Jones driven Maybach Special had its supercharger removed and retuned to suit. Author: Miller, Frederic P./ Vandome, Agnes F./ McBrewster, John Binding Type: Paperback Number of Pages: 220 Publication Date: 2010/07/16 Language: English Dimensions: 5.98 x 9.01 x 0.50 inches |

First Tests: Great Australian Cricketers and the Backyards That Made Them $21.99 Australia has dominated test cricket over the last 130 years. But it's not the formal cricket academies or high-end coaching that are responsible for the Australian cricket team's winning ways. The backyard has been the real academy of Australian cricket. Don Bradman's unique grip, stance and backlift all evolved in response to the pace at which the golf ball rebounded off the tank stand in his backyard games. Greg Chappell's trademark flick off the hip shot was invented on his backyard wicket where the best scoring opportunities lay on the leg side. Alan Davidson bowled accurately because he had to. If he missed the stumps on his home-made pitch, he had to chase the ball down the hill into the scrub. Doug Walters played spin with ease because his ant-bed backyard pitch spun like a top. Neil Harvey's immaculate footwork came from playing balls that darted viciously off the cobblestones in his back lane. This collection of cricketers and the stories of the backyards that made them gets to the heart and soul of their game. Facing up to hostile brothers on dodgy pitches created a love of competition and developed the skills and the toughness that took them to the top in test cricket. |
