The court system is the only institution that stands between the power of government
and the rights of individual citizens. It is essential that the courts be fair and
affordable and they protect public safety. I have extensive experience and
know Firsthand reforms are needed to make Idaho’s court system more
accountable to the people of Idaho.
I have 42 years experience before state and federal courts. I’ve been an Idaho
District Judge for five years. I’ve seen firsthand the reforms that are needed
to ensure Idaho’s courts are fair, affordable, and protect the public
interest.
